Built from real-world problem solving.
After 12 years of hands-on work solving business, technology, and process problems, I am currently completing a BBA in Management Information Systems to put sharper structure around what I have already been doing in the real world.
That experience came from being close to the actual work: the calls that get missed, the quotes that take too long, the records that get messy, and the tools that sound helpful until they make somebody's day harder.
